Excellent place for eye care! I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always been satisfied with their service! Dr. Li always gives me a thorough exam with great explanations and the staff always does an excellent job in the glasses selection! Excellent service indeed!

Dr. Shen and the technologist are excellent and the customer service is good. They also give good deals to repeat customers. Sadly, the holiday replacement doctor and technologist were absolutely incompetent. Worst customer service in an eyecare place i've ever experienced. They seemed to have no experience and were working with no supervision. Also, when I picked up my glasses, there was no adjustment or fitting done.
